酒店市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷,熟悉酒店市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作的內(nèi)容!

全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店品牌建設(shè)計(jì)營(yíng)銷工作,在營(yíng)銷部經(jīng)理配合下,制定營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃,組織和招徠客源,掌握市場(chǎng)信息, 內(nèi)外協(xié)調(diào)溝通,確保酒店

取得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。
1、全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店近期和遠(yuǎn)期經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo),結(jié)合市場(chǎng)情況,負(fù)責(zé)提出參與制定酒店對(duì)外銷售以及招徠客源的計(jì)劃;
2、研究和掌握國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游市場(chǎng)的動(dòng)態(tài)和顧客的潛在需求,匯集理對(duì)外銷售策略,定期向總經(jīng)理提交書(shū)面報(bào)告;
3、保持同上級(jí)旅游管理部門、中外旅行社、航空公司、鐵路客運(yùn)站及駐本地外國(guó)商社、辦事處、政府外事部門的密切聯(lián)系,并

同各客戶間建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的良好合作關(guān)系;
4、負(fù)責(zé)酒店的宣傳推廣工作,酒店品牌建設(shè)計(jì)積極參與酒店產(chǎn)品的更新改造和組織合開(kāi)發(fā),提高酒店的聲譽(yù)和影響力;
5、指導(dǎo)酒店對(duì)內(nèi)、對(duì)外的各種廣告活動(dòng),制定酒店短期和長(zhǎng)期的宣傳推廣計(jì)劃,并經(jīng)總經(jīng)理審批后執(zhí)行;
6、與各部門建立良好的協(xié)作關(guān)系,廣泛聽(tīng)取客戶意見(jiàn),處理重大投訴,以確保銷售計(jì)劃的實(shí)施和落實(shí);
7、選擇并培訓(xùn)不同年齡和不同層次的酒店銷售隊(duì)伍,指導(dǎo)銷售人員不斷學(xué)習(xí),更新專業(yè)知識(shí),提高銷售技巧,以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的變

化;
8、定期對(duì)下屬人員進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)估,按照酒店的獎(jiǎng)懲制度進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)懲,不斷提高人員的思想素質(zhì),專業(yè)技能,組織活動(dòng)能力和開(kāi)拓

進(jìn)取精神,培養(yǎng)銷售人員的高度責(zé)任感;
9、審閱每天業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)表,理解當(dāng)天出租率和VIP接待情況,檢查各部門接待VIP情況,按規(guī)定要求接待好VIP;
10、向總經(jīng)理提交參加重要的銷售活動(dòng)和公關(guān)活動(dòng)的計(jì)劃,經(jīng)總經(jīng)理審批后,組織有關(guān)人員,準(zhǔn)備宣傳資料,制定行動(dòng)方案進(jìn)

一步加以推廣。
